For this, Pretzel got to do what we do best - shoot gorgeous miniature docu-portraits. Our task was to show the individuals behind the RAC's brand - those on the front line and dealing with customers, and that they relish their jobs so much that they're undeniably the best. The spots were seeded in banner ads and in conjunction with their TV campaign.
